How do payments work on dexFreight?

dexFreight does NOT hold payments. Instead, we facilitate the transaction between the two parties via ACH. Payments are automatically initiated once all the conditions agreed between the Shipper/Broker and Carrier are met. Shippers/Brokers can also choose to send payments to carriers manually or use their own payment method outside of dexFreight.
